Raccoon Creek State Park, in Beaver County, has it all - camping, hiking, swimming, and boating. The campground is relatively large, and has options for both tents and RVs. The beach boasts a volleyball net and actual sand! You can rent canoes, rowboats, kayaks, and hydrobikes to explore the lake. On the opposite side of the park is a wildflower garden. In the spring and summer, you can see native and exotic wildflowers as you walk through the trails. On my latest visit, I even saw a blooming prickly-pear cactus!
